Updated war console:
- An alarm will sound when a fort is salvaged (You can turn the sound off).
- Captains can withdraw AP from the AP bank in the war console (Fixed at 100AP per withdraw).
- Admirals and Clan Masters can now preset command messages in the war console.
- Admirals and Clan Masters can type "-buzz" as a message to send a buzz sound to other members.
- Defenders levels are shown now.
- Attackers' icon color changed.
