The Dark Blade refining will be changed to:
- Max refine reduced to +3
- New Dark Blade +3 has the same stats as the old Dark Blade +5.
- All Dark Blade +4 and Dark Blade +5 weapons converted to Dark Blade +3.
- Refund of resources spent to refine DB+4 and +5 has been given out (including cost of failed attempts).
